IMPORTANT: In order to attend the CUA Annual Meeting, all delegates must be adequately vaccinated by the time of the meeting. You will need to confirm this upon registration online, as well as to provide proof of vaccination on-site in PEI. Refunds will not be issued if proof of vaccination is not provided on-site.

Please note that CUA will verify that your registration category is consistent with your CUA membership status.
Non-CUA Members (Resident, Student, PhD): You will be required to submit a letter from the Program Director or Department Head upon registering for CUA2022. If you are a Canadian resident or fellow, we encourage you to become a CUA member (free of charge for residents-fellows only) and register in the CUA Candidate Member category.
All networking events are reserved to participants aged 19 years and above.
Please note there is no companions program available this year.

Registration Benefits

Registration fees for Full-program delegates includes access to all sessions and Exposition, Friday Welcome Reception, daily breakfasts, breaks and lunches on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (no lunch on Monday), CUA Networking Event on Saturday and President’s Reception and Banquet on Sunday*.
Registration fees for Scientific-program only delegates include a bag, access to all sessions and exhibit hall, Friday Welcome Reception & Exhibit Opening, daily breakfasts, breaks and lunches on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (no lunch on Monday).
*IMPORTANT NOTE - Due to the Health Canada Food and Drug Act and the derived Food and Drug Regulations, access to the Exhibit Hall will be strictly reserved to the Health Care Professional dully registered as is at the CUA 2022. The Foyer of the Exhibit Hall will be accessible to all categories of registration.
** Limited seating. Advanced reservations is required. On-site availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates unable to attend the CUA 2022 Annual Meeting will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the Conference Registration Office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by June 10, 2022. The organizers regret that refunds will not be considered for requests received after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Annual Meeting.

COVID Clause: 100% refund will be given if the live event is cancelled. A decision will be made in early 2022.
